A MESSAGE FROM A READER OF MY BOOKS

Hi Mitch,
A few years ago we talked on the phone for a few minutes as I had purchased your book and you were kind enough to give me a call. Long story made short, rather than follow your book, I ran down the same path you did and I’m now up to about 25 rentals. Guess I had to learn it on my own.
I met a real estate investor in Chicago, Stan Dresser, Who reminded me about owner financing, and we both talked about your book. Wish I would’ve listened a little better a few years ago.
I am going to switch over to owner financing. I’m headed to your website 1000Houses.com as soon as I get home to my computer.
