Huge Success-Private Lender

Thank you Mitch!
Because of this deal I gained a solid new private lender that was a little nervous about loaning money but now is excited and hungry for more.

After trying to figure out how to make money in real estate for the last 15 years or so (reading, buying programs, etc) and after my auction house 3 years ago and the rental I’ve had for 6 years, this is the first time I’ve MADE money!

I have another deal in escrow though it is with a partner and probably ‘only’ make about 8k each.

I’m also rehabbing my rental right now and already have a potential buyer – should MAKE about 50k on that one.

I can’t wait to leave tomorrow morning and thank you personally in Cancun, Mexico!
