Can Owner Financing Work With Condos?

I’ve never done a condo conversion. Condos need an HOA, a board, managers, and meetings; everything I don’t want to be involved in.

That being said, I feel like a person could make money converting the right apartment complex, but I don’t think you just “do a conversion” on the side. It needs to be “What you do.”

I buy little “Walmart Houses” and offer owner financing to “Walmart People” for about the same as they were paying for rent.

That is what I’ve done for over 20 years.


When I get a little money in my pockets, I go out and build or by another boat and/or mini-storage facility. I’ve done that for many years as well.

That what I know and it has worked great for me!
