Which State Has the Best Land Trust Law?

Our last lesson was shocking! We learned that not all Trust law is created equal. Some states have Land Trust Statutes and some do not. But, most states allow the creation of a Land Trust under their Trust and Probate laws regardless of whether they have a specific Land Trust Statute or not.

We also learned that we can create a Land Trust in one state to hold title to property in another state. Why would you want to do this and what is so wonderful about Virginia Trust law?
